Sligh problem with Hitman character
While working on the Hitman for some time i went and imported it in to Maya to compare it against Joshes character model.Joshes model seems to have more of a clean finnish with a hard solid body, in the other hand with the one from zbrush when imported in to maya its not as solid looking as Joshes model. And also i have tried extruding out the clothes from the Hitman character but it dosent seem to work with the different style topology in zbrush. I was considering if worse comes to worse, Josh if your reading this i might pass on the model of the Hitman to you. Is that ok, If its not let me know seeing how you are already modelling another character. If i do pass on the model to it would only be fair if i rig one of your character in exchange. I dont want to throw all the work on to you. Just let me know, and guys if your reading this let me know aswel

Righto, well if you really feel that way I don't mind having a pop at it.
ReplyDeleteHe may take me a bit longer since he is more complex but, I'll finish the Ninja and hopefully the target over christmas and make a wee start on said Hitman. Fortunately there are plenty of scenes where the Target appears seperate to the Hitman, so if animation needs to start then we can concentrate on the targets scenes first.
It sounds like I'm making excuses but I really wanna make these characters look as good as I can, for my own sake and the sake of our film.
So yeah take it as red that I will take over the Hitman if you wish. If you change your mind let me know since I won't start him for a little while.
You just carry on pimping our environment :)
Do you want me to start the rigging of each character you complete, im no way going to rush you on your models make themas good as you can mate. But i was thinking when your done with the ninja shall i start the rig on him so thats one less things to worry about, then you can continue with the target and hitman last. if so im going to use your test ninja to produce a drafe rig and see how it goes.
ReplyDeletewhat do you think?
Fo shizz man, Do as you please. Getting a head start on it can't be a bad thing.
ReplyDeleteYou carry on.
