I managed to get the hitman smoothed, ill post image below one what i cliked under the attributes of the Hitman

    does he render like that tho mate? thats just the smooth mesh preview... as in... what it would look like SMOOTH.... actually smoothing i'm having problem - unless we render in Mental Ray 2010 - with the preview turned out - then it SUPPOSEDLY renders smooth....

    ill cliked the box, then did a test render and he renders out smooth for me
